A mobile application for reporting faults on production lines, implemented for an international company from the automotive industry producing car parts. The application is integrated with Golem – an external system that monitors any halt in the production line. Thanks to the application, BCS Automotive can solve problems with machines on its production lines faster. 

Notifications in the application may have three statuses: pending, active and on hold, as well as different priorities. Notifications ensure that the information about the need for intervention by a service technician appears on the technician’s smartphone within a few seconds.
