A mobile application for drivers with a web admin panel to monitor and optimise staff transport at Amazon. The system has been successfully implemented in all Amazon Fulfillment Centers in Poland, Czechia and Slovakia. Thanks to the data collected in the application, it was possible to significantly optimise the length of routes and the size of buses, which translated into a significant reduction in costs per annum and improved the quality of journeys. In addition, the system enables monitoring of the current volume of bus traffic and provides valuable information about the estimated time of arrival at work.
