Our task was to design the application as simple and intuitive as possible, because couriers receive orders in difficult traffic conditions, regardless of the weather or season.

The most important and difficult goal for user experience was the MULTI system, which collected shipments from a single hospital and delivered them to a single location.

The most challenging part of software development was to find a solution, which speeded up the process of sending and receiving parcels. Based on previous projects, we used RFID cards. As a result, the flow of order information is now much faster and more accurate.

Based on the system implementation, every customer can order a home/work visit to get their blood drawn and be taken straight to the lab for testing. No more time and money wasted. No more missed days at work.
